My primary strengths lie in technical and analytical thinking, which I’ve honed through my role as a Wells Fargo Desktop Support L2. In this position, I’ve excelled in providing essential services such as software troubleshooting, hardware repair, and the management of user account policies for all Wells Fargo employees. My commitment to this role is underscored by the three CompTIA certifications I’ve proudly earned: Security+, Network+, and A+. These certifications not only validate my expertise but also highlight my proficiency in networking, general IT, and the security domains.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, with the goal of working in a SOC (Security operations center) environment. I am eager to apply my technical IT skills and learn from experienced cybersecurity professionals in the field.
